Fjord Ceramics

These slip casted ice cream bowls were inspired by the wild, salty water and light sunbleached grasses at Vejle fjord in Denmark. I developed my own technique for creating a swirling texture in the clay, like the waves at the shore. The brass spoon, is made to fit comfortably in the hand, helping you to scoop up the melted ice cream at the bottom of the bowl.
